AI across the plant
Assistance where it earns its place, not a chatbot bolted on the corner
We do not think an ERP needs a chat window. We think it needs to notice things a person would miss and say so at the moment it matters. Every AI capability in DeepPharmaERP is attached to a decision somebody actually makes, and every one of them shows its working.
Where the AI sits
Prediction
Yield variance, equipment failure, demand, cash position, absenteeism — models trained on your own history rather than an industry average.
Detection
Out-of-specification triage, audit trail anomalies, posting anomalies, access behaviour that has changed.
Drafting
Deviation records, APQR narrative, regulatory query responses — a first draft for a qualified person to correct, never a final document.
Extraction
Supplier COAs, invoices and certificates read and proposed for verification instead of retyped.
How we hold ourselves to it
It never signs anything
No AI output is a signature, an approval or a disposition. A qualified person decides, and the record shows who.
It shows its working
Every prediction carries the data behind it. A recommendation you cannot interrogate is not usable in a regulated plant.
It is logged like everything else
AI suggestions, and whether they were accepted, are part of the audit trail.
It can be switched off
Every AI feature is optional, per module and per site. Validation scope stays yours to decide.
Your data stays yours
Models can be trained and run on your own infrastructure. Nothing leaves the plant unless you decide it should.
See it on your own floor.
Two hours with your production and QA leads. We walk one product end to end and show you where it lands in the system — then you decide whether a gap study is worth it.
