Sales & Distribution
Order to dispatch, with batch and expiry all the way through
Selling regulated product means the batch and expiry follow the sale, returns have to be handled by condition, and repacking or reprocessing needs QA before it can happen. This module handles domestic and institutional sales with the controls the product demands.
What Sales & Distribution covers
Order to invoice
- Product price list with customer, territory and scheme rules
- Sales order with manufacturing location and scheme mapping
- Invoice, packing list and delivery challan with batch and expiry printed
- Service and scrap invoicing alongside product sales
After the sale
- Sales return by condition — saleable, breakage, expired
- Batch reprocessing and repacking with QA authorisation
- Finished goods stock and valuation by location
- Sales analytics by customer, product, territory and month
What the system notices for you
Suggestions only. Nothing here signs, approves or dispositions anything — a qualified person decides and the audit trail records who. Every model shows the data behind its suggestion, and every feature can be switched off per site.
Demand forecasting
Product and territory level forecasts that feed the production plan rather than sitting in a separate spreadsheet.
Expiry-aware allocation
Allocates stock to orders so the shortest-dated saleable material moves first without breaching customer shelf-life terms.
Return pattern analysis
Surfaces the customers, products and batches driving returns.
Equipment this module connects to
Read-only by default, validated as part of the system, and buffered locally so a network drop never loses a reading.
| Serialisation and aggregation lines | Pack, carton and shipper level coding where track-and-trace is required. |
Sales & Distribution — common questions
Does batch and expiry print on the invoice?
Yes, through the invoice, packing list and delivery challan. Allocation can be set to move shortest-dated saleable stock first while respecting customer shelf-life terms.
How are expired returns handled?
Sales returns are recorded by condition — saleable, breakage or expired — and each routes differently, with expired stock moving to a controlled location pending destruction records.
