Why DeepPharmaERP

What we do differently, and where we are honestly weaker

There are good pharma ERPs. Some of them have been in the market longer than we have and have more plants live. Here is where we think we are better, and where we are not.

Where we are weaker

The honest part

If you are evaluating us against an established vendor, these are the arguments they will make. All of them are fair.

Fewer plants live than the incumbents

Vendors who have been selling pharma ERP for twenty years have reference sites we do not. If a long list of live installations is your primary criterion, say so early and we will not waste your time.

We depend on third-party apps in places

GST filing comes from the India Compliance app, HR and payroll from Frappe HR. Both are well maintained and both are named in every proposal we write — but they are dependencies, not our code.

Validated change control slows us down

Once your system is validated, we cannot ship a fix on Friday afternoon. Every change is impact-assessed, tested and approved. That is correct, and it is slower than you may be used to.

See it on your own floor.

Two hours with your production and QA leads. We walk one product end to end and show you where it lands in the system — then you decide whether a gap study is worth it.
