Support & AMC
What happens after go-live
Most of the cost of an ERP is not the implementation. It is the ten years afterwards. In a validated environment that includes change control, revalidation and the discipline of not shipping anything on a Friday.
Hypercare
Our team on site through the first month-end close and the first complete batch cycle. Not a helpdesk number — the people who built it.
Change control
Every post-validation change is impact-assessed, tested against the affected protocols and approved by your QA before it reaches production. Priced into the AMC, not discovered later.
Version upgrades
Core platform upgrades are planned, tested in a validation environment and scheduled with you. We never push an upgrade to a validated system unannounced.
Audit support
When an inspector asks how the system works, we help you answer. Design documents, validation evidence and the audit trail explanation are ready before they arrive.
Periodic review
Annex 11 expects periodic evaluation of computerised systems. We run it with you rather than leaving it as a task nobody owns.
Escalation that means something
Defined response times by severity, with a named engineer per account and a direct line to the person who wrote the module.
See it on your own floor.
Two hours with your production and QA leads. We walk one product end to end and show you where it lands in the system — then you decide whether a gap study is worth it.
