Export paperwork is repetitive, unforgiving and usually maintained in a parallel set of Word files. DeepPharmaERP generates the set from the order and the shipment, so the invoice, the packing list and the statutory declarations all carry the same numbers.

Export Documentation — common questions
Does the system generate the full export document set?
It generates the set from the order and shipment, so the customs invoice, packing list, Form SDF and ADC sheet all carry the same figures. Shipping bill, airway bill and bill of lading data are prepared for filing.
Can licence utilisation be tracked?
Yes. Advance authorisation, EPCG and duty drawback entitlements are tracked against shipments, with forecasting on whether an export obligation will be met.
