Terms of Use

The terms on which you use this website

These govern the website. They are not the terms on which we license or implement DeepPharmaERP — that is a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the agreement prevails.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we license or implement DeepPharmaERP — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

The site is operated by DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

About the content on this site

This website describes a software product. We have tried to describe it accurately, including where capability comes from third-party applications rather than from us. Even so:

  • Content is provided for general information. It is not a specification, a warranty or an offer capable of acceptance.
  • Screens and figures shown on this site are illustrative. Batch numbers, product names, quantities, counts and results in the interface mock-ups are examples, not data from a live installation.
  • Capability described here may vary by module, version, deployment and configuration. What your installation will actually do is determined by the gap study and the signed scope, not by these pages.
  • Implementation timelines quoted on this site are typical, not committed. A commitment comes from a proposal, in writing.

If something here matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing. We would rather answer than have you rely on a marketing page.

No regulatory or professional advice

This site refers to regulatory frameworks including the revised Schedule M, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, ALCOA+ and WHO GMP. Nothing here is regulatory, legal or compliance advice.

Software cannot make an organisation compliant. Compliance depends on your procedures, your training, your validation and how the system is actually used. We design DeepPharmaERP to support compliance and we deliver validation documentation with it — but responsibility for the compliant state of your operation remains yours, and any assessment of it is a matter for you and your regulator.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, structure and graphics of this site are owned by DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

DeepPharmaERP, DeepEBMR, DeepScience Tech and associated logos are marks of DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell, sub-licence or systematically copy the site, or present its content as your own.

Third-party names on this site — including ERPNext, Frappe, SAP and other products — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their mention does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with them, except where we state a partnership explicitly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
  • Introduce malicious code, or conduct automated scanning or scraping without our written consent.
  • Use contact details published here to send unsolicited commercial communications.

Security researchers are welcome. If you find a vulnerability, tell us before you tell anyone else and we will work with you.

Where we link to third-party sites, we do so because we think the destination is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Follow them at your own discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or take it down for maintenance, without notice.

This clause concerns the website. Availability commitments for a hosted DeepPharmaERP installation are set out in the service agreement for that installation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our liability under any implementation or support contract is governed by that contract, not by this page.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top.

Two hours with your production and QA leads. We walk one product end to end and show you where it lands in the system — then you decide whether a gap study is worth it.
